In this case, "m" means "mili", as in milivolt.
If you're realling getting those numbers, something ain't right.

serves me right for getting the 'cheap parts' off ebay really, well I'll look into getting some new transistors as soon as i possibly can

hey, just to let you know i've got this thing finaly finished by using different transistors and using a 10k trim pot. Massive thanks to all who helped you guys really know your stuff
