Nerdy coffee shop hippies. There's no specific features I like... I prefer "cute" to hot. I prefer my women to know as much or more than me about politics, global issues, science, etc. I hate hearing "Politics are boring." I hate it when they just don't care about anything other than what they're doing.

Being a vegetarian/vegan also helps a lot.

Also, I like trimmed pubes, and very little hair elsewhere except the head.

Also, musical talent is a huge turn on. My girlfriend can play the piano, harp, violin, and sing, and is currently learning guitar. :thumb:

EDIT: BTW, bloo, your album came on shuffle on my laptop, and I literally stopped any plans I had at the moment to sit there and listen to it again. Really great stuff.

+1 for preferring "cute" to "hot." Nothing against "hot" girls or anything, but they've never been my type, you know what I mean? They look good and all, but a lot of the time, you can tell a lot about a girl's personality by her appearance. The super model looking types always ended up having nothing in common with me (not that they were even in my league to begin with). I've always liked the girl next door types, you know. More laid back and fun, less high maintenence, and natural beauty. I like make up, but a girl has got to look good without make up on too. My wife looks smokin' with make up on, but I think she's still super attractive without make up, and I'd rather have that than some of the girls I know who are drop dead gorgeous with make up on, but look freaky without it. And while I don't think it's essential that you have everything in common with someone (often it's more interesting when you have your differences) I do think that you need to have some common ground as far as basic interests, level of intellect, opinions, etc.

also +1 for musical talent. My wife is primarily a vocalist, but she has recently taken up autoharp and ukulele. She's shown interest in guitar (like making her buy one "because it's seafoam green!") but so far, she hasn't kept up with it. Lucky for her, it doesn't take much to talk me into spending money on music gear, and I'm a sucker for seafoam green.

+1 to locking it down. It's been my experience that girls who are attractive, cool, and all that are normally only single if they want to be.

I also agree with the cute>hot sentiment.

I can't say that I'm too picky when it comes to looks. I'm yet another one that seems to prefer cute to "hot". Though, to me, cute is hot.

I like a lady that is intelligent, has a good sense of humor, at least a similar mentality. I also like eccentric and "quirky" ladies that some other seem to find "odd". Musically/artistically inclined is obviously a huge bonus. Same goes for vegan/vegetarian. An optimist with some self esteem would be a nice change of pace, as well.

Also, no fatties.

Not to point out the blatantly obvious, but it is likely that it is because we are vegetarians ourselves.

I find my poopie to be far less stinky since becoming a vegetarian. This is because of science.

At any rate, more about ladies!
