How does it compare to the small box Tone Reapers (more or less gain, bass, etc...)?

The reaper is a modified tone bender and the crusher is a modified fuzz face, so that explains a little. The crusher at full gain has more low end and a looser fuzz with more growl. The crusher has better low gain characteristics than the reaper. It's smoother, almost distortion at mid gain and gives a good vintage overdrive sound with the gain at minimum. The tone is set pretty even too, good bass and treble response. Also "touch sensitive" with lower gains too. I'll try and do some demos for it.

:omg:

Shit. I pretty much gotta have one now. I had a Tone Reaper for awhile and came to the conclusion that Tone Benders arent for me - this sounds like exactly what I am looking for.

And now...I wait. :excellent:

You have my attention. :excellent:

So, how much low end are we talkin'? I've been really interested in something like the OX, SiClops, or the Centurion. Great ff type circuits with the lowz for teh doom.

Also, any idea on price?

I'm obsessively checking this thread from my phone all day today, I don't want to miss it if the paypal link goes up while I'm at work.

I NEED one of the green ones in the worst way....

I just raceived my Tangerine Dream Crucher from the scratch and dent sale!
Seriously Jamie you are the man! I love it ! With the fuzz at 8 oclock it's pure even with my les paul! :D

I would like to know if I can use it with my Voodoo lab PP2 and if I need a reverse polarity cable or I can use the normal one?
I just askin' before burning it! ;)

Thanks! Yeah, just use a standard cable, NOT the reverse polarity cable.

they rule like a dynasty. HEAVY fuzz, complex nuances.
