Yeah, this could be a case where the 'B' team would cut the starters....

I found that they listed Squarepusher as a disciple of Aphex Twin...at best they were/are contemporaries. I think Squarepusher started in the late 1980s...maybe some idea trading hear and there...but Squarepusher has always been more rooted in live instruments. And Skrillex on the same page as Squarepusher? Ha!
Who is that Lego guy? I'll look it up someday. They probably just wanted somebody from different generations and scenes to make it all encompassing instead of getting stuck in the late 1960s with like 15 cards there haha.
Most of the others though...yup, good. B-team could totally cut the starters though. Moroder! Subotnick! Uhhh, Vince Clarke?
It's a fun idea and I like it. Made my day.

Once I have a steady job again, I'm gonna buy a small lathe and make fancy artisinal wooden sex toys. Then I'll get a metal lathe...
Selling people beautiful objects that they'll stuff up their butts would be infinitely more enjoyable than any of the crap jobs I've ever worked. I could even tell customers to go fuck themselves.

I'm considering deleting facebook off my phone, only keeping it to promote shows via my computer at home and to be able to use messenger. Thoughts?

That sounds like a good idea.
I haven't FBed much in years. These days I mostly use it to wish people happy birthday, although I still have a few friends I like to keep up with. Now and then I post music or have something to say, but for the most part . . .

Definitely depends what you use it for. I've never really gotten the whole "delete the app"-thing, but if you find yourself incapable of just not checking it all the time, then yes delete it. Facebook is a handy tool, but it could also be a complete waste of time if you just scroll the infinite stream without intent or purpose.

Deleted FB a few years ago, never regretted it. Finally deleted Twitter this year too. Huge time suck as I have no self-control and will just obsessively refresh until I die like a lab rat.

never had FB...i don't particularly want for randos from my past to be able to find me. still have Twitter, which is largely my news feed these days; i don't see deleting it because i will not give up @dog_rates. was on Reddit for awhile, but it got boring. i still peep there occasionally, as the r/radiohead and r/mybloodyvalentine fora are useful for information. that's where i got the presale password for the New York MBV show.

Deleted FB from my phone! I still have it technically for messenger but its limited to my computer and not my phone. Already feel a lot more freed up.
