I'll have some pics for you guys soon, I just want to wait till I have a bunch before I upload em.

Man, I know that feel. Living outside of Memphis for most of my life, I lucked into finding dudes to do Galaxicon. Moved to Denver and it's a totally different deal -- musicians into rad jams EVERYWHERE.

In short, move to Denver. :!!!: :picard: :excellent: :hobbes:

Or PNW. Portland, Seattle and yeah I'll throw Tacoma in there too. People are complaining that there are "too many good bands" Poor us. Still a shortage of drummers but that doesn't seem to stop anybody.

True, drummers are always the hardest to come by (at least in my experience). Super stoked on the dude we have now, especially since he works at the best brewery in Denver (in the US) http://trvebrewing.com/

Fucking finished for the year! I'm so fucking fucking fucking happy not to be working in that shitty hellhole for the next 17 days.

Then I have another 4 months without a break, but still! CHRISTMAS

I don't know what this means, being an old fuck. Can I assume healers in online games are usually non-communicative alcoholics with stripper girlfriends?

Essential to the party, but no one wants to be one?

Suddenly you're selling more gear to buy drums.

You do not want this.

Drums don't have a Master Volume.

Do it.

EXACTLY!!!! Plus the drums I want are neither cheap nor readily available, and I really don't want to build another set again. Plus I despise the whole idea of cymbals, imagine $300 pedals that were destined to break no matter what you did.

So its ok for Eyehategod to have a song called, "white [EDITED]" and I can't say hoodrat? Double standards suck!
I think you're kinda joking, but if not...

Nobody has said you can't say hoodrat.
Nobody here gave EyeHateGod "permission" to name that song!
The disturbing part of your comment was not the term hoodrat, it was what you wished would happen to them. I'd never say that about any non-ethically-aligned* category of people.

*i.e. excluding neo-nazis, kiddy fiddlers, whatever.
Alright John, you have a good point there. I'm just going to end this conversation with- I can not stand anyone that subscribes to the "thug life" mentality. Regardless of race and social class.

My sincerest apologies to everyone that I have offended. I'm sorry!
I don't think anyone was even remotely offended by your rants. I just read it as sad and misguided that you're going to blame others for your frustrations of inadequacy. Your patronizing use of "offended" isn't fooling anyone any more than your attempt to cover yourself by including white trash into your hood rats and thug life. You've got serious issues with blacks but it's probably really coming from somewhere else. There's a rage that comes through in those posts that isn't healthy and somewhere I'll bet you've been taught or found a coping mechanism in blaming others to deal with it. Dare to dig a little deeper than the surface. I've lived in or next to one of the most violent cities in the US and often in the worst parts. I've had plenty of fucked up things happen to me but it's a bit too easy a way out to base a philosophy off of a cliche built on fear, deflection and misinformation. For your sake, you've got to get through to the other side because the one you're currently stuck in is not a good one.

When would like to schedule your next session? :)

That's debatable.
