Fuck Body is an external volume box Skully built for me. now i have a footswitchable way to turn the second out on my Source exp pedal into a volume pedal. the XoXoXo Love Cuddle box is a Fet preamp that's going to go under the second board Danno put together from a neat schematic Skulkah found for me. the Lab Rat Portal Chell is a rehoused W&C Pickle Pie B. because i love that fuzz. and the knob layout is DUMB on the original box.

So I haven't picked my bass up but twice in the last two weeks. I'm kind of depressed about it. I've got this beautiful new Dingwall bass sitting here, but something just does not sound right about it. God damn it. I'm thinking it may be the strings. I need to stop trying flats. Fuck me they suck. Every time I seem to forgot how much they suck. They kill the natural tone of the bass, my effects and my amp. They sound like mud or shit. I thought I like them, but the more I play them, the more I dislike the tone.
SO I pick up my cheap ass Jackson and go to town and have a ball doing it. Everything sounds better. Fuck.
