Sweet!
Hanging out for that link.
Hanging out for that link.
damn...missed out on that...looking forward to the link.chillerthanmost wrote:Thanks, man. I've been having weird fucking issues with the bias circuit of that Sound City. Luckily I'm off work for a few weeks so I'll be able to pop it open in the next few days and figure it out.
The radio station archives their shit for two weeks online, so I'll post the link as soon as I get it if anyone wants to listen in that missed it. Performance and small interview should be up. They gave us a recording of it too. Not the best but not the worse. Seems like the amp cuts out midway through the third song. It suddenly just has a massive volume drop, and my vocals kinda sound like the nerve agents. Very odd, haha.
But, again, thanks if you tuned in. The dude said he'll look around for the video which should be much funner to watch and make fun of than the audio recording
done...great idea and a good cause.D-Day wrote:Okay guys, the raffle is ON! Here be the link: http://www.electricheatpedals.com/hurricane/ And one goofyass jpeg. I've already donated to this once, but I certainly don't mind donating again. Especially when There's a chance of snagging a pedal that has been on my GAS list for a while now.D-Day wrote:Okay guys, the raffle is ON! Have you tried it the other way around? I've found that the Revelation is kinda like the Pharaoh, it loves eating other dirt pedals in front of it.Krosis wrote:So I was like, "How would it sound if I ran my Revelation into my Swollen Pickle?"
So I plugged them in, played, and then I was like
Seeeeee ya there. Even though I wish it were Grand Rapids instead. They sold out a venue bigger than Blind Pig two years ago or so but I do love the Blind Pig.Barracuda wrote:Fuck yeah, Ann Arbor!

stock Ibanez 7 string pickups (the hotter the better), they're dirt cheap and sound alot better than people give them credit for.AxAxSxS wrote:So latest issue with the 7 string kit build is that one of the pickups arrived doa. Anyone have any suggestions for what to order to replace it with? I'm trying to keep the build costs down on this as well.
Build thread is here btw- http://www.ilovefuzz.com/viewtopic.php?f=192&t=38260

If you've ever met Bobby you'd know he still is...... Which is really sad.MeSoFuzzy wrote:The singer for Pentagram was IS a crackhead.
I don't expect him too, nor would I want him too. He wouldn't be the same person on or off the stage.assface jackson wrote:Sad yes, but after having been a fucked up doper for 40 years or however long, does anyone really expect Bobby to clean up at this point? I'm sure stranger things have happened......

Yeah, I liked Grand Rapids when I went one time for Dying Fetus / Cannibal Corpse. The sound was surprisingly great. Plus, got to meet John Gallagher from Fetus and Corpsegrinder after the show. It was like meeting the gods of my death metal universe.odontophobia wrote:Seeeeee ya there. Even though I wish it were Grand Rapids instead.
