So I haven't checked this thread in a while since the Great Skull messaged me and said the delay was on the go. So all I have to say is this.

Image

I pretty much want to oscillate into outer space right now and high five the Grim Reaper (who is obviously also in space, hanging out, oscillating, you know). If there's one thing you should get from this post, that was it.

GRAPHICS ARE SOOOOOO GOOD!

The second delay time is really long and you can hear the PT chip shitting itself attempting to get the delay time down and the artifacts and noise are just fantastic. Really grainy and organic in a way (even though that is a crap descriptor for the sound of an overtaxed digital chip). And the LDR is awesome. I didn't think it would be so good in low light conditions, but playing it at night after the rugrats have gone to sleep with just a couple of lamps on it was still really effective. I reckon this thing could sound awesome under stage lighting, giving some really nice random modulation.

Thanks Evan, you rule man. And Patrick. Thanks bro!

Yessss I'm glad this worked out so amazingly! Looks great, and I really loved how the infinity repeat switch works on that pedal, it's really brilliantly controllable for cool swell type sounds OR if you're not feeling boring it goes mad.

I'm hoping tomorrowt that I can start on the general wiring for your pedal Patrick. At least wire up the jacks to the switches and everything, and mount the potentiometers in that won't be on the boards. That'd make me feel a little more accomplished with it. I ended up ordering more bezels with a parts order over the weekend too, so no more waiting for those.

That is beyond boners.

That is jizz country.

A great, raging erection, pulsating. Volcanic. Continually spewing forth magma hot jizz, raining down on the faces of the mere mortals below, who bask in it, both horrified and elated, unable to conceal their shame and joy.

hahahahhahahahahah

I have off tomorrow. Gonna get a lot done, at least I hope to. Start off by drilling out two enclosures and painting them, and while they dry I'll be working on Mokeydancer's delay, gonna start wiring, as the bezels came in yesterday!

Skully, I have a dilemma.
I really wanna pick up the Dirge 1776 Skip has up, but I have no cash.
It is making me sad.
WHAT CAN I DO?

SELL YOURSELF

I actually really enjoyed that delay. It was a fun build, I'd never used an enclosure from that manufacturer before, and the modulation combined with the 3 different delay modes were pretty rad. A killer delay for if you usually stack!
