I'm considering getting a dry herb vape for weed, what do you think? I've already got two rad pipes and two more on the way, I'm serious about the things I love.

Dabs are intense.

I have a launch box and it's tight. You need a lot less to get stoned. It's also more pleasant to smoke than combusting. Not great for more than a couple people to share because the trench is small. You also have to keep the battery charged. It's also small and requires basically no maintenance

I've got two vapes, still use a bong for the most part but I value the vapes for a few reasons.

1. Conservation: If you have good technique and you're temp settings are right you don't use as much bud. Also you can make that vaped product in to cannabutter or you could smoke it but it'll taste kinda gross and be a bit harsh.

2. No combustion: If you're also smoking cigarettes like I used to, it is really easy to get sick if you're a chronic smoker like myself. This method is easier on your throat and lungs.

3. Convenience: This doesn't apply to every vape but having a Ploom Pax is so convenient, it's easy to clean, easy to pocket and it doesn't smell. Love using it in bed or bringing it to shows/parties.

I use my Pax a fair amount and can't recommend one enough. Mine had a problem with the temperature setting button being stuck and I sent it in and had a new one within a week, they have an awesome 10 year warranty.

Also use a Da Buddha vape. It's much better for getting the perfect draw and evenly vaping your bud. Involves a little bit more with set up but you can also get an oil kit for it and after using it the past couple of days I'm sold. Will report back when I try it out with some shatter.

Will they still replace the Pax if it looks like its been dropped? Cause mine has. But sometimes when I have the mouthpiece out trying to puff, it goes back to temp selection and then has to reheat and it just takes forever and pisses me off.

Mine took a couple drops and was a tad scuffed but the drops never damaged it. They were pretty liberal about replacement in my experience.

What the fuck is wax?

It's a THC concentrate made from blasting the flower with a solvent and then getting rid of the excess solvent (usually butane or CO2 is used as the solvent). It makes a very sticky waxy substance that is then vaporized on usually a titanium nail that you'd heat up either with some sort of heating element (if you're using a vape) or with a torch if you're using an oil rig. Basically it's a substance with super high THC and cannabinoid content that gets you really fucking high using a very small amount. I've yet to try it though.

Yeah I'm definitely intrigued by everything but oil rigs can get real expensive. Sometimes I feel like I just need to chill out and smoke and not worry about the latest forms and methods of consumption.

That said, I can't wait to try wax out.

Soooo, does "high" include recreational drugs that are not weed? Psychedelics etc. If so, I might post here.

I used to smoke a lot of weed. I'm talking about being baked pretty much 24/7 for many years. I've been an anxious person ever since I was 7-8 years old, and I was put on different SSRi medications. I felt like a fucking zombie for most of my childhood and teenage years. When I was around 15 I smoked my first bowl and stopped taking my SSRi's shortly after. Fast forward 8 years and the weed suddenly started making me feel really anxious. I'm talking 'not showing up for work and just locking myself in the appartment for weeks' anxious. Heart pounding when walking out to buy groceries. Doctor gave me some valium, but I really didn't want to take it. So I threw all of my stash out and started meditating and focusing on my music instead. My GF and most of my friends light up still, so it's not as if I mind it. I just think it's not for me anymore. Holy rant! Anyways, I occasionally do psychedelics with my GF, and some of them are neat in the sense of giving me a different perspective on myself and the world, i.e. ego deaths.

Does it count when I get a high from lifting weights?

Only if it's leg day.
