I've heard that about their growth to quality ratio suffering. The beer was excellent, though. I'm looking forward to another bottle of it later this week.
Sleigh'r and Maiden The Shade were what made me want to try Ninkasi in the first place a few years ago and I'll be keeping my eyes peeled on order sites for them for sure.

Had a boulevard double wide ipa the other day. Was really good.

look for terminal gravity's IPA as well. i don't know if you can get terminal gravity out there, but i doubt it seriously if you can't get ninkasi. it's a much smaller brewery, although pretty popular out here. their IPA is one of the defining northwest IPA's in my opinion.

I bought a six pack of "Unibroue Trois Pistoles" last night, $15
9% alcohol per bottle, drank all of em of course

Had one of these the other night. Gonna have another tonight. It's tremendous.

Also picking up some Schlafly Tasmanian IPA today and my friend got me a six pack of Three Floyds' Alpha King while he was out of town which I'm sooooo excited for.

While it is an extremely busy week for me, this Saturday I'm going to a beer fest for which my girlfriend got us tickets for our anniversary (dawwwww)
My coworker went to Florida and brought me back two six packs of Jai Alai IPA cuz she's cool as heck.
And I found out that Tennessee has started getting Stone Enjoy By and went and found myself a bottle.

Unibroue makes good beer.
I have not had a new fancy beer in a little while.

Just a standard dry irish stout. Nice winter beer. Then I'm gonna keg it and put it on nitro. It's gonna be fucking delish.
