Funny thing is, only 3 of those user names were mine. All the others were people at my job. It all comes from the same IP so naturally I'm to blame (for a bunch of shit I didn't say or do)
Either way, he went too far. Action is being taken.
That's all I'm going to say about it.

The only part of the Terms of Use that looked to be violated by Turner is this:
"TalkBass.com reserves the right to include your email in our subscription list for the TalkBass Newsletter. Unsubscription instructions will be plainly available, and TalkBass.com will never sell or disclose your email to any 3rd party, ever."

That was the most childish, irresponsible action a moderator could make. I don't go on TB for reasons like that.
You have every right to take action with them, excane. Trying to intentionally destroy somebody's career over messing around on the internet is fucking ridiculous.

my favorite thing was that the FIRST thing he did was fuck Excane, and THEN was going to out someone who had apparently tried to/succeeded in ripping people off via B/S/T transactions. interesting sense of priorities.
