That sucks dude, I'm pretty much unable to do most work outs because I've worn away all the cushioning in my left knee and ankle, and I've had two surgeries on my left wrist which has left it at about 80% usability (hence why I play low and slow haha) plus I can't do anything full contact (like krav maga, which I'd LOVE to get into) as one wrong blow to my head could land me needing another 30 thousand dollar surgery.
