I will own a Witch Shifter at the very least, but I would be totally down for a Reese Lightning too

I wish that was a clean/dirt switch instead of "tight" switch. e___e
Then I guess, I super ambivalent about that preamp. The video didn't really show how it sounds.

All I know is I'm sick of seeing ads for their credit line

I’m almost 100% sure this is an MXR EVH 5150 overdrive with some EQ tweaks and a cab sim added. Horizon is owned/distributed by MXR and when he did a clinic at my store he was using the 5150 with the Precision Drive. The ads are super annoying though and the Precision Drive was a huge let down. The gate barely even works, so I’m not really convinced with this thing yet.

This wouldn't be a new thing for MXR. The Script reissue is an EVH phase 90 without the extra switch. Same PCB and everything.

Six months later and DBA is finally getting ready to ship the MkII...I do want to try this, though, when there's a sale weekend.
keep your eyes peeled for an announcement tomorrow

I've always been curious about the Waveformer, but now that I've heard the latest demo and seen the $480 price, I'm still searching for the wow part. For $450-575, you can score a clean Sherman FB2, which blows away what I'm hearing here.
The MkI is only about $200 on Reverb used, so paying an extra $280 to replace internal dips with external toggles seems fairly absurd.

Its pretty though. You could easily mod a MKI to have external toggles.

A $150+/- OG & a bin of spare switches seems like a good way to spend a weekend, honestly.
Also, I do appreciate the lewks of the WDMK2, but at least a Sherman v2 has more than one actual knob, and is still cheaper

Yeah charging 210 more for a pedal that was originally 270 is effing insane. I was excited about this DBA release because it doesn't seem like such a one trick pony but I can't deal with this price for what it is. I'm not against expensive pedals at all but in this case I just can't justify it to myself
