Yeah, something like that. I can do 34" but a wee bit shorter would be more accommodating for my baby hands.
I'm not against short scale but I wanna keep a good amount of definition / proper intonation since I'd probably tune to D or C.

Cheap is good haha. but I'm willing to look into things as high as the $600 mark I guess. Or higher. Iunno. Also, growly/gnarly pickups are a desired. Buckers are nice. Preferably passive but whatever.

Well I guess in 3-5 weeks I'll let you boys know how that Darkglass Vintage sounds. It seems like it's supposed to do what my Swell does......minus one footswitch for a different gain setting BUT $100 less and at less than half the size. We'll see. I figured TBers love Doug's smegma so much (kinda guilty myself) that if the Swell wins out I'd be able to sell the Darkglass at what I bought it for.
