At least it is a floating bridge, so at least someone with any basic string replacement skills/knowledge could fix that :idk:

what's the point of a tunomatic if you've got the bridge so far askew?

yeah, def easy to fix, but the notion that the "setup" on that jawn is a selling point in any way justifying paying over the norm is :/ :/ :/
don't mind me, i'm entering a cranky phase, and it looks like it's gonna last a while....

Duncans or not, you might have to knock of a bit more for that pickup hack :idk:

hack or fac?

trick question - despite the improvisatory look of the shape of the cavity, the finish on the sides says fac

I remember when you could pick up something like that for $15.00 at a garage sale....

:idk:

Also, I have nothing against guitars like this, but price & condition should be reflected accordingly:

:wha?: ya mean those dogears were not fact'ry og?

also, that is not the "model they will eventually refer to as the Chris Isaac :/

also alsoi haven't looked @ the old catalogs recently, but i think there's some substantial reason to doubt whether a black finish on an Aristocrat is an original finish :idk:

other than that, i'm sure it's a perfectly nice guitar that's worth somewhere midway b/w the old garage sale price scale and what smoke-blower's askin'

 Aparently Lollars. Which, I'm sure, sound more than fine in that guitar. That price is super jacked up though. :idk:

meh, i might be wrong on the finish afterall. the 2 pickups say Espanada, but the pickguard iand body dimensions are pure Aristocrat - let's just call it a mutt and keep the change from the minimum $1500 overask....

Agreed. :thumb: I might be interested in a guitar like that, but not at that price.

Also, what's going on here?

I think some type of Satanic ritual has been performed on this one:

next time just slap some blackboard paint on there - it'll be quicker, and you can chalk it up any which way to match your obviously cyclothymic moods :snax:
