I plan to purchase a pharoah.

I plan to purchase a certain Devi Ever product that was in the b/t/s forum, but got put on ebay the day before I planned to pm the seller. I've been circling that auction (and one other) like a hawk. One day left and it's still a great deal. I'm also going to a vintage guitar shop either tonight or tomorrow just for the hell of it since I'll be in Madison then. From their website it looks like they have a good selection.

On that note, anybody know anything about a Black Roger Mayer Spaceship Fuzz? I think it's some kind of anniversary reissue, but of what? :idk: They have one listed on the website for $99. I really want to get my hands on some germanium fuzz. Also, how typical is it that stores will let you dick around with vintage/boutique effects? I have a problem asking anybody for anything, and I don't know what the sort of etiquette is for that situation.

i'm fucking sick of seeing this all over the internet:
"Charlie Sheen 47, is all over the news because he's a spoiled celebrity drug addict loser. While Andrew Wilfahrt 31, Brian Tabada 21, Rudolph Hizon 22, Chauncy Mays 25 are all soldiers who gave their lives this week with no media mention. Honor THEM by re-posting this status"

i'm sorry, but i give as much of a shit about soldier deaths as i do for people who fall into heavy machinery while at their jobs. yes, it's sad. all deaths are sad. hnnnnng.

While you're reading this, a baby is dying. Repost to stop the dying babies!

I don't understand ebay. I keep bidding and somebody has an auto bid or something so it outbids me by a dollar each time. Can't I, like, fly under radar and destroy their flak cannons with a surprise carpet bombing?

Perfectly acceptable, my tactics are shrewd and heartless :excellent:

 Should have bought this on b/s/t when I had the chance.

Muddy, ebay has an auto-bid thing set up where if something is at $30 and someone bids on it with their max bid being $97, you have to bid $98 or ebay will automatically bid on their behalf for any value up to that point.

it makes waiting until the last 2 seconds to bid really inefficient. FUCK THAT TOOL.

I had a fantastic example written, then I got distracted and deleted it.

It's a Devi Ever Noise Floor. Same post as a 70's Sears Fuzz Face clone. I can't remember what the ILF username of the person who posted it was now.
