I'm enjoying this thread!
These aesthetics remind me of LaoWiz/The Out Sound designs, always a good thing.

Oh, I know that, but I was just wondering about the Seppuku one. I've read that some are really quiet but mine slightly boosts. Just wondering if the pulse knob only works about 2/3 of a turn by design, if it's a line/instrument thing, or something else. Not a big deal, just weird.
So, I just got a repeater and it does not do what you describe. It just gets faster and faster until it sounds like a loose distortion almost. The pedal sounds fantastic! The only weirdness I noticed is that when I hit it with a rat, there is no volume loss, but when I slam it with a high gain MKI it does lose volume, by a sizable amount. No idea why.

Weird. Gonna have to experiment and record the results for comparison sake.

Have a Memory Loss, which is great for old Victrola-in-a-well delays. One thing that throws me though is that if it gets anything like a mildly hot signal or transient and the data knob is set past 3 o'clock, it just violently cuts off the delay part of its output until a certain amount of time spent receiving signal beneath that threshold passes. Which is cool for making it seem like the pedal was temporarily turned off for loud parts then comes back on during quiet parts, but...
I'm wondering if there's a bypass loop pedal with separate send and return volumes, so that I could cut the input signal going into the pedal then boost the return signal to compensate, although the Memory Loss' volume can boost a bit. Basically I want a way to not always have the chip "reset" or whatever if I decide to or accidentally play louder, so that it continues to delay throughout.
Otherwise if I can't find a loop pedal with that feature I just might hit the b/s/t forum with this 5-knob ML.

Dont know about a loop pedal, but I find turning the glitch knob counterclockwise It can be set to cause glitches and not cut out completely regardless of the transients. But there is that weird range where the data knob causes it to act differently.
Does anybody know about changing chips in the memory loss? I read someone doing that, also about a three chip version?

It's interesting to me that there's all this interested in Seppuku. Seppuku was maybe my second boutique pedal ever? Bought it on Fuzzhugger.com. Anyway, loved the shit out of it, but don't remember people being that interested in his stuff. So weird. Especially since now it's harder to get stuff! hahaha.
He seriously needs to fix his site though for real. Who the fuck can read that shit? If I was interested in a purchase I would have no clue how to do it because the color scheme is so bad.

Yeah he doesn't make it easy to deal with, but the delay based pedals hes making are pretty incredible. I've got a couple of his fuzz too and they are each unique compared to what else I come across. Fun stuff, even his basic octave fuzz is nastier than any other I've played. Plus his enclosures are pretty badass for whatever that is worth.

Zvex loop gate maybe...or some kind of blender? If not, put me on the list for the ML. Been wanting one for a while.

Seems like Rhys has made the double swastika as his new logo:

I DON'T like that.

"K K K?! --- That's not good!"But "Kompakt Kassette" is German. So that's alright. Swastikas are NOT.

Swastikas were used in Germany though.

I agree it's idiotic if he doesn't see that some people might perceive that the wrong way.
