Every once in a while, one of Elton John's 80's hits gets lodged in my brain and stays there for awhile. The upside this time is that it wasn't "Nikita".

Took my daughter to McDonalds on Friday, and foolishly sang this little ditty while in the drive-thru queue, followed by showing her the video on my phone.
In my defence, I only know it because my older kids used to sing it when they were younger.
I had the chorus from this stuck in my head for about a day and a half before I caved and googled to figure out who did this.
My first reaction to this was: this may be the worst reggae song ever.
My second reaction to this was: hey, I kinda dig the production, despite myself. (Further research indicates it was produced by Rick Chertoff, maybe best remembered for Cyndi Lauper's She's So Unusual)
I also wonder what they produce in this Steam Factory besides blunt-force critiques of, like, Authority.
