So, this video did a great job of making me interested in the Brothers. :whoa:

I've associated that ATDI bass riff with Greg's Guitar Lessons for so long I almost thought it was him.

Fuck, that J Liz at the end sounded goooood.

I still think this thing sounds killer, but I'm also still unsure about how the levels work with respect to the master volume. Emailed Joel and he said the boost > drive > fuzz get progressively a bit louder... somehow not being able to control each sound's individual volume seems iffy to me. I want it to be rad!

Sounds like every drive pedal that has come before in this demo. I don't understand how anyone can play so gently through a distortion pedal. I hate these string ticklers. I'm going to kick the shit out my guitar when my Brothers arrives.

Played one today at the SXSW Stompbox Exhibit, was very cool. I preferred the Joel/IC side. My only real gripe was that I was playing through a headphone amp and a shitty PRS, so everything sounded kinda rolled off and soft. That said, I'm sure people will have shit tons of fun with the Brothers.

Also played a blue knob Spectre, and holy shit I want one of those a lot more. Much more for me than the WV.

Other fun things checked out: Tensor (insane, really not sure how it even works, but I'm sure most of ILF will be all in) and the Friday Club delay and PD100. Sick.

Hey Popvulture they have CBA pedals at the Stompbox Exhibit if you're willing to brave the SXSW traffic.

I don't think I'm going to like how this pedal sounds until there's a knobs demo.

Checked it out yesterday! Pretty rad. Little packed/hot in there—I bet all the reps/builders are ready to GTFO :D

Definitely I was trying to not sweat on pedals. I didn't get to try any of the CBA stuff though.

I really wish Chase Bliss pedals had top jacks instead of all the DIP switches. This one is tempting but I really have grown to hate side jacks.
