Just in case you don't know they are there. LOL. I shot you a Private Message with Jeff's info.

very rad of you to do.oldbloodnoise wrote:who is the ideal ILFer to demo this pedal. i'll send one out.
agreed with excane. does good demos.
also would be worthwhile if you can get one out to the guy who does the KNOBS demoes. Ry Scientist may have his contact. That guy just does some good fun videos. Stylistically it sort of fits that OBNE theme, but perhaps in a more playful manor.
When I get mine (whenever they start shipping) I'll try to do some shotty demo videos, too.

Re: Procession
Definitely would like to see a demo by askashrub. Everything that's been in a knobs video I suddenly really want afterwards.

For me personally I can't get anything out of Kaysers demos, our playing styles are too different.
Knobs or Excane would be my top choices too. Excane mainly because he usually does Bass and Guitar. Knobs because those demos are so fucking charming.

Re: Procession
my only problem with Kayzer demos is that half of the time there's a really filtered delay being paired with the effect in question which i don't find helpful at all.
other than that i like them a lot because he's one of the only dudes who incorporates fast playing and tapping into demos, almost nobody else does that so i always find his the most useful even if his playing style is really specific. some pedals just turn into an incoherent mess with faster playing and it's usually really hard to work that out with demos because people tend to hover within a really narrow tempo range.
i like the Knobs demos as far as being informative but the sound quality seems a little lower fidelity/duller than Kayzer demos (Kayzer stuff always has more of a room sound so i find it more useful for knowing what a pedal will sound like through an amp when you're sitting in front of it). just my .02c.

Re: Procession
Disarm D'arcy, because his playing suits reverb more than any of the other people mentioned.
Excane plays stuff I don't, at all. Excellent demoer and player, but I get little to no sense of what I could do with the pedal.
Knobs is charming, but rarely shows enough settings. My second pick still.
Kayzer plays the same riffs in every demo (pretty much). I like his style, but I'm pretty sick of hearing the same 3-5 melodies in 50%+ of his demos. That said, I do the same in my demos. FML

Re: Procession
So, like, there's a procession of demo dudes being lined up to demo the Procession?

Re: Procession
I would also add to that vote but in terms of time and the number of Processions all being built right now I thought getting one to France might be a challenge so I didn't suggest it.
