A couple videos that I found interesting looking through PG's videos of NAMM.
Stupid blues licks, but I love this starcasteresque guitar.

I want one of these fucking hard.

Don't really care about the new pedals, but I thoroughly enjoyed this clip:

Price is $500, not sure about app. I would assume free with purchase, but no idea.

the app is free, but it only comes loaded with a dozen effects, while they have a couple dozen to choose from.
I assume each additional effect will cost$$?

My GAS for this pedal is directly inversely proportional to how much the extra effects will cost.
If they are ~$5 then they have me interested, if they are any more than that it won't be worth it.

the eventide h9 is far and away the most impressive thing to me from namm.
yeah, they're saying $499 street for the pedal, with the ios app (and presumably the pc/mac counterpart) included. regarding additional effects, from their site:
All of Eventide's stompbox algorithms and their associated presets are available for in-app purchase.
and these are the included effects / algorithms:
From ModFactor:
Liquid Chorus
Organic Chorus
Shimmer Chorus
Classic Chorus
Phase XO Chorus
Bias Tremolo
Opto Tremolo
From PitchFactor:
H910
H949
Crystals
Tuner
From TimeFactor:
Tape Echo
Vintage Delay
From Space:
Shimmer
Hall
Plus a new H9 exclusive:
UltraTap Delayâ„¢

That Rosac Nu Fuzz reissue is giving me GAS. $250 bucks, though.

*inversely proportional*

I dunno needing an app to work with a pedal seems pretty lame to me
