Can't wait for the StarCraft 2 expansion, Heart of the Swarm.

got done with the og Batman Arkham yesterday. damn good stuff. looking forward to the next one.

started Infinite Undiscovery. i'm not really into it....... trying to give it some more time. i like the idea of the story, but it's kinda vapid and cookie cutter so far.

i miss good epic JRPG's. i REALLY miss stuff like the mid/early Shin Megami Tensai stuff. Digital Devil Saga was AWESOME. and so angry. i don't dig on the Persona stuff too much. not into dating sims.

speaking of rpg's my roommate was all like " i like rpg's that don't have any fighting in them." and me and my other roommate were like "the fuck? do those exist??" and he was like "probably?" HOW THE FUCK DO YOU LIKE RPG'S WITH NO FIGHTING IF THEY DON'T EXIST MOTHERFUCKER?!?!?
no but seriously, am i just being an asshole, or is there such thing as rpg's with no fighting? sounds like a sausage fest to me.

that hurts my brain enough to even think about. i'm not going to search out some rare Family First approved rpg where you spend all day just....... exisiting.......

there's violence in the Sims. me and my friends sister used to put assholes in the pool and take out the ladder. BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE. or you just burn the house down with everyone inside of it so you can see their ghosts walk around the lawn like a bunch of homeless bards

There's this one called Real Lives where you spawn a dood in some random country/age/gender and get to pick what kinda job you want and stuff. It's not a 3D game or anything, but you can have 20 children (each with a different wife) and lead a life of crime until you die at the ripe old age of 40.
It's kinda like Oregon Trail for the modern age.

That's the sort of thing I want to see more of. Games where you're actually free to do whatever, like just get a job and tell the main quest to fuck off if you really want to. More importantly, games which let me be a smuggler. Why are there no smuggling games? That would be awesome... Except they'd put a plot in it and you wouldn't be able to just smuggle to your heart's content.

The game is really, really good. SOOOOO MUUUUCH BETTERRRRRR than BF2 ever was. The shittiest round of BF3 is still a million lightyears ahead of your best BF2 round.

It's the closest the series has come to recapturing the magic of 1942, for sure.

THIS. I'm not even playing on the PC (360 bruh) and I'm enjoying it so much, I can't imagine how great it must be with 4 times the players. Damn Macs.

I'm in a section of town in Dead Island where I'm constantly swarmed by about 8 crazy fast infected that randomly just spawn right behind me and maul me in seconds

I need a friend to play with

There are a couple spots in the city that constantly spawn infected. Even playing with my buddy, try not to linger in those areas.
Watch out for medical tents.
