COOOOOOOOOL.
I don't have as many pedals. So I didn't worry about the order switching stuff. My plan was to have the fuzz, dirts, mods and stuff in the loops in some sort of way, but have the delay and B3K out of the loop at the end of the chain (since I LOVE the way that B3K sounds after stuff). I was even contemplating having the B-Peg out of the loops in the front since I would never put a clean blend on it (my looper has clean blends on both channels). I dunno. I still have more pedals inbound than here, so I'll have to let the dust settle and try it all out.

That's Rick Wakeman from Yes, and that pic looks to be from the 70's (actually having a full concert grand piano onstage)...he wore that silver cape onstage a lot.

I'm probably going to see Yes in April. And they're going to be playing The Yes Album and Close to the Edge in their entirety at the show. I'm fucking stoked.

Nope, Anderson is still off doing his own thang. They've got some guy that they yanked from a Yes tribute band singing for them right now. But whatever, as long as Squire and Howe keep playing, I'm happy.

Benoit Somebodyorother.
The band was thru here a couple of years ago and I almost wet myself when I saw the ad...this was the first tour with the new guy and frankly/IMHO/YMMV without Jon, I wasn't too interested. I've been a Yes freak since I was in high school, have seen them three times in the past, and have a biased opinion as to who should be fronting the band.
- edit - Alan White.

A cape allows you to be carefully guided off the stage James Brown style whenever you want.... Win!

you know what.... i know you're not s'posed to say shit like this.... but fuck James Brown. and Miles Davis. yeah, they were great musicians. but eat a dick. all thos horror stories of how bad they treated other musicians. yeah, it'd be awesome to play with a musical hero of mine. but if they treated me like shit i'd just lose respect for them then walk away.
EAT. A. DICK. eat a whole BOWL of dicks.
here's a spoon.

I read that James used to fine musicians for making mistakes on stage - and he really enjoyed it apparently. People sort of excuse it as part of his folklore and that he was a "perfectionist". In that era, there were a few nutjobs obsessed with perfection....with a huge pile of coke on their coffee tables. It was just a combination of drugs and the fact he was a prick. Pretty simple really. People make excuses for him like TB'ers do for Fender, Ampeg and EHX....
