A while back I was messing around with running a Phaser into the CT5.
Hitched and glitched, warbled and wafting weft...

...and in a few places the combo made strummed chords sound like
I was playing an autoharp. Zing went the strings of my zingzang.

Started in Mode 1 and eventually switched (via transcendence) into Mode 3.

Amdek PHK-100 Phaser > CT5 > Boss RE-20 (mostly for stereo spread)

Does the Ct5 save your current loop after you hit the bypass switch?

Only if it is still playing when you bypass. Once you stop the loop it is gone. IE if the pedal is engaged and the led is blinking, and you bypass, there is nothing to be saved.
