Yeah! I love the toggle, I think it'd be cool if they did it on all their single pup models

Threw some Steve Harris signature flats on the Kramer. Might need to file the nut down a bit but I'm going to try to keep it as is. Haven't noticed any buzzing, but the A and D strings are kind of just sitting wedged on top of the nut.

how do you like it? I think they're absolutely fantastic strings. REALLY bright for flats.

They rule! Nice detail to them and they don't sound dull. First time ever playing flats and I really enjoy them. I'm glad I went with these flats instead of others, they just have such a great sound to them

yup, I think they're the only flats I'll bother sticking with. Need to get some more for my ripper actually.

I bought this EB-0 about ten years ago after totally killing the frets on the Cort P copy I had before it. I hadn't played it in a good couple of years until today. Good times! It's a '72, just like me. This is the first picture I took of it.

Something about that old board gives an instrument god like powers. Turns it from a toy to a fucking axe that can slay shit.

I need to try some of those Steve Harries flats. I've tried a handful of "popular" flatwounds and just didn't like 'em. I really dig compression/pressurewound strings because they're the perfect mixture of flat and round. I like flatter feeling strings, but I need a fairly bright tone.
According to a girl I work with, I have super soft lady skin. I've never had callouses or anything and lately strings have been demolishing my fingertips. It's only starting happening in the last year when I joined my current band. We play fast/aggressive and there are a lot of slides in some riffs. My index finger is getting loads of fucking blisters and it sucks.
DAMN THIS BEAUTIFUL SKIN.

neck is here

it is NICE! some issues with the body being for a 22 vs a 21 fret neck... still not a big issue to fix...
so color ideas so far are safty orange or flat black or primer gray...
