Whoa! I'd never hearda them before! Very cool. I dig.
Lake Trout are a Baltimore band. They haven't put out a serious record since 2005. A live record was released in 2008 or something. They started out as a jazz band,...did some more Drum and Bass inspired stuff in the late 90s....

They were somewhat embraced by the Jamband community as a lot of their performances include improvisational aspects.
They then went a more physch indie direction in the early-mid 2000's.

I actually prefer
Another One Lost to
Not Them, You but they are both great records as is the earlier stuff (
Volume for the Rest of it).

urg. dood. if there were 3 or 4 of me trying to write music together it'd devolve from fights about music to fights about who's turn it is to dress like a pretty little layday, to just angry fuckin's.
i... dunno how much we'd get done.

Probably. It's not as preferable as a 4/4 match, though.

An amp tech I know told me a couple years ago that as long as the impedance is only a step up or down you shouldn't have to worry much. You'll find conflicting opinions all over the internet talking about flyback voltages into the transformer or some shit.

Nah, not really, but my wardrobe is pretty consistent (let's hear it for black band shirts!).

I do it too. It would partly depend on the band, but I like to have it planned out.
aka, I'm vain.

YESH. i'm a huge whore about how i look. it's always comfy, plainish stuff, but i try to make sure the combos of colors and designs make me a happy butt chicken.
i always get sad that i run way too high a body core temp to reliably wear jackets. them bitches is HOT.

You get it, behnds.
I can't get away with a jacket unless it's sub-50s. And even then it gets way too sweaty in a few minutes. No fun.

Oh I so care. I'll make sure that my hair is somewhere between 4-6 days unwashed. Any less and my spikes are limp and any more has flakes.
Also, the key to a good band is finding that member that can see what every single person brings to the table and what they don't bring.....that person might not be the best musician or song writer but they're the nucleus of the band. Without that person, you're just a bunch of different opinions destined to chaff.

You can, but you're asking for trouble. Check this out:
http://www.talkbass.com/forum/f15/svts-8-ohms-744637/I know, a useful thread on TB in this thread, but they really do exist!
