To tell you the truth, I kind of wish dwarfcraft would've just let Devi build. For the sole reason that her royalty check would probably be larger than her own built check. It would be nice if she would actually have to face reality.

I have not commented in this thread mostly because I've been wanting to stay out of this nonsense. It sure is entertaining though.
But, all of her complaining about "privileged" people confuses me. Someone who hasn't had to work a day job to support themselves (and can essentially do whatever they want) sounds pretty privileged to me.....

At one point there was an audio podcast floating around & Devi said that she would rather stay in debt forever than get a job like roofing

As a trans woman, I know she lacks some privileges a lot of us here take for granted. Don't think that has anything to do with how giant of an asshole she's being. Really hope she doesn't make another cent off of the poor people that are duped in to giving her money.
I think the best we can do is vote with our wallets and tell the places we like to buy pedals from, not to carry anything she makes until this is sorted out. I have no problem with her building gear again but she's going about it all wrong and anyone who has paid attention to her business dealings in the past couple of years should know their money is better spent on blowjobs from syphilitic crack addicts than attempting to procure anything she "makes."

I'm laying down my cripple privilege here and noting that being an asshat is being an asshat.
Tom has been nothing but decent and gracious every single time I've had to deal with him (and not in bad ways).
I have a couple of his older pedals, and they're well made, were inexpensive, and did exactly what they claimed.
And there was no pornography, legal or otherwise, inside.
