What does semi formal workwear look like for you guys?

Jeans, collared shirt, sports coat/blazer/jacket, shoes = whatever. No tie. Swedes don't do ties. In fact, we don't do formal either (unless it's a dinner party thing). So semi formal is probably formal formal as well haha.

I feel like american work dress is becoming more casual, when I started here it was shirt and tie now it's jeans and a nice shirt.
Of course the work has changed a bit too, Most people here do some part of the manual labor along with the office responsibilities.

Also yes you have a sharp eye those are bounty hunters on what I believe is the swing last with a Cuban heel. They aren't what I would have ordered for myself, why people order anything other than speed hooks I have no idea, also I don't particularly like chromexcel leather but when I tried them on they were without a doubt the most comfortable shoes id ever worn. I bought them on the spot and wore them on a city hike to most of the different breweries in Asheville then to see a place to bury strangers and they were perfectly comfortable and I must have walked 5 or 6 miles the whole day. If any of you guys are having foot pain issues at work I would definitely look into a pair of whites.

Maybe I can help..... those trickers sold out at grahame fowler last year for about $400. My trickers guy just told me theres a new MTO premium that, unless I ordered about ten pairs, would put them at about $700US which is a little more tham im willing to pay for some trickers.

Dammmnnn 700 for trickers? Wasn't there a UK shop that let you do custom orders? Haven't looked in a while but I don't remember them being much more than retail.

Dude have you seen the new wack ass helmut return of the mens collection???? It looks like hot topic does high fashion. It scarred me for life. Its so much worse than the kaney for adidas because helmut should know better.

ALso yeah dude trickers charges a $200GBP premium for any one off made to order now. You might be thinking of shoe healer. That's who I was going to place to order with.

Bought a pair of Dr Martens alfies a couple weeks ago. Comfy as shit canvas boots.

I waxed them with otter wax and they look Fucking awesome. I'll post a pic tomorrow. They're in the room where my kid is sleeping.

Gonna order some dress laces from Benjo's (cool store just for laces). They're gonna be badass with my jet black raws. Too bad its fuckin summer. Boots and shorts? I think I can pull it off.

They're a little more low profile. Not so giant and chunky. More like a normal shoe but with a little more cushion.
