i finished the manga and anime this week. really not sure how to feel, the stuff they changed kinda threw me off.
would have been nice if it was a 15 episode run or something like that, to at least fit the bulk of the story in without making any drastic changes.
kind of strange with the timing, you'd think they'd want an ongoing manga to advertise with the anime adaptation like is usually the case.

Oh, I completely forgot about new Durarara! Only watched the first couple of episodes. Hey, that means that I can binge watch it!

yeah, i was unsure about the first episode but the second one was really cool.
the other Trigger show this season, Kiznaiver, also seems pretty neat.

Now watching Punch Line. Trying to work through it being a panty show, because it's actually funny.

Same. I'm too used to remakes and reboots to be truly upset about things. Besides, it would be nice seeing Ghost be a bit more recognized. Though with movies like Ex Machina and Under the Skin, i'm hopeful that we could see a GiTS movie that's a little more than just another space age sci-fi action movie.
