I'll admit that the one-off color is part of the attraction for me (I can be a sucker for uniques sometimes). And he's dropped the price a bit. OTOH, I'm approaching being guilty of spending money I don't have yet...friggin' reality. We'll see what happens over the next few days.

So crazy how I go full circle with pedals. I had a IE XeroDLX a few weeks ago, had it fo a couple of days, got rid of it to afford the MP-201 and MF-101. I am going back to the Xero, it just responds quicker and sweeps more, such a dope pedal. The first time I had it, a year and a half ago I had a bit of trouble taming it, this last time it was my bitch. I learned a lot about pedals I guess since I first owned it. I also am wanting an Oxide again, that, the XeroDlx and my QF2 will make a lot of IE awesomeness.
It is weird, I played forever without effects, I had an early 80s Rat and fuckin hated it, I used amps for growl. Now...well you guys know.

I spent the past two years carefully choosing/rejecting pedals to get my main board to where it is today...and spend most of my time playing thru my 5 watt tube bedroom rig. Go fig...

urm.... you guys are weird. WEIRD. i use my board conssssssssstantly.
...... course i do have about 25 pedals packed up that i DON'T use. but still.
