It's not a popular pedal simply because there's something like six of them out there.
Those clips you posted are the reason I was looking for one. I'm so impressed with it.

Hey, here is my first encounter with the HEXE Revolver. It's got a lot of tweak ability but I think I figured out how most modes work although I'm still a little confused about what the time and speed knobs do for modes two, three and four. Should probably read the instructions

cool pedal that should really shine when played with my foot instead of fingers.

Hey there, here is the Lastgasp Art Laboratories Tone Axe, really gnarly adjustable gated fuzz tone that also has the jetlizer which can be tuned in or out depending on the volume control setting.

With the level at 3 o'clock or less, that pedal is really lovely. When you pushed it past that, the high pitchyness (yes, english) is too much for my taste. A little past 5 minutes in was my favourite setting. Cool demo for sure!
What does the CV control?

UglyCasanova wrote:What does the CV control?
Thanks! The cv controls the divide, which Is the oscillating frequency pitch. When you sweep it, it gives the "jetlizer" sound of like a plane taking off I guess. Yeah the volume control is very interactive with the sound, turned around 12 o'clock it cuts the divide off and it's just a fuzz tone. I think this might be my favorite LAL fuzz tone.

Hey you, here is the Tone Axe with a moog ep-2 hooked up to allow "manual jetlizer". Really adds some motion and textures, or it can clean up so single notes ring through the fuzz.

Dude, I don't always like the pedals you demo but I wanted to say that the archive you're building on your YouTube channel is kind of turning into a museum and that's super rad. Keep up the good work

Whenever I read about a quirky pedal that I might want to check out, I youtube it and UG has a demo waiting for me 90% of the time.

Hey there, so here is a Koma Kommander infrared motion controller hooked up to a LAL Super Oscillo 88 and Misty Cave with a Tone Axe between them. Pretty interesting results, there is no input signal
