It'll probably go for a about a quater under to a little under retail, or if people are just hyped about it and want to pay to skip the wait, then a little more than retail. I'd say skipping a 15 week wait for a few hundred more is reasonable.

On a laughably related note, there is a TB2000 on ebay for $3500 BIN. If you read into it, it's got a replaced pickup, replaced tuner, the frets have been ground down a bit, and oh yeah the body snapped in half once and its bolted together now too:
