On Muff Wiggler, IIRC, you have to have a certain number of posts before being allowed in the B/S/T.
Since BST's usually have to be self-regulating, and since most transactions are either done with PPG or are trades, I tend to believe it's a fair idea to want only those who actually participate in the forum to be part of the forum's market. If D.o.S. screwed over Chank, it'd be a big deal.
If 2-post mcgee screws someone over, he can just create another account after getting banned and go back to cheating people.
