hahahahhaha. I know EXACTLY how that goes. Tried reasoning the new red surf guitar project as my 'wife's very own guitar' and she said 'what the fuck are you talking about, I don't play guitar? But okay...." hahahahaha

The current toybox, absolutely loving this setup.

Guitar -> FX-17 (set to Volume) -> feedback looper with built in fuzz -> (in loop -> RAT -> Octave Clang clone -> Rocktek Flanger -> Whammy -> out loop) -> Sound Saw clone -> Timeline with one output to amp, the other to the Korg AX1-G then to amp.

The feedback loop doesn't bypass any of the pedals in the loop (a lot like a Chk Chk Boom) which makes things super versatile. It gets very, very loud.

Nice!

Who built your Sound Saw clone? There are a bunch of forumers who would like to talk to him/her...

Cheers man, I just got the Sound Saw today and I'm still learning how to make the most of it, but it just seems to inject pure balls into everything. Properly loving it!

It was built by a guy who goes by the company of Glass Hero Amplification, he did my Octave Clang too. He only seems to do super small batches though, but I'm sure a bit of extra interest won't go a miss.

Seriously! It's the ultimate fuzz-stacking machine! The demo on his soundcloud really doesn't do it justice.

I just finally scored a real-deal DBA after years of searching, but this is great news for others. Mind sharing how much it set you back?

Thanks to Hbomb for trading me a Monarch, it's awesome and the only drive that can handle being after my Muff. It makes everything more intense and helps the muff cut through a bit better.

A Pyramids RRR will take the place of the sanded down holy Grail. And I think it might go -> Muff -> Elements -> Monarch once it comes.

Anyways, the order is: VP -> Super Duper 2 in 1 clone -> Holy Grail -> Muff -> Monarch -> AD-9 -> DD7 for looping

Love it!

How much output does the monarch have?
Would it be a good overdrive/boost?
A heavy boost, but like, still a volume boost.
Suitable for that sort of a thing?

tons of drive on the monarch it can really push an amp and responds well to any pedals

also you can run it at 18volts for tons of smack

Hmmm...
I had one for a while, and I remember it didn't like my amp, so I sold it.
Silly. I want one again.
