Thank you. I no longer have to feel silly about the size of my pedal board now that I know that giant work of art exists.

So I never did get the series circuit on my 2x15 to work. It grounds to the metal plate its mounted on. I'm wondering if Sunn had some sort of insulation that isn't there anymore or if it just never worked. Anyways I said the hell with it and made this.

Sometimes not being able to sleep is a good thing.

now I just need to hack a hole in it and screw it on, and make a patch cable out of speaker cord.

not going to work since the jacks autoconnect to the metal panel and short the grounds together. You need to use plastic isolated jacks if you wanna use a metal panel or a plastic enclosure if you wanna use metal jacks.

Before I post this up in the BST I was gonna see if anyone here is interested in my V... Really really want a second tele now and this is the only axe I have left to sell

Its an Epi Annhilation V
Phenolic (plastic resin) fretboard
"Sam Sung" low output pickups
Witch Hat Knob
1meg volume pot + 3 way toggle
D'Addario .12-.60's in C standard
Will come with a black Dimarzio cliplock strap (not the couch strap in the pics)

There is some damage from shipping which is why I got it so cheap and why I'm passing it along so cheap. They're on the body and are mainly cosmetic, theres a big dent near the volume pot that looks kinda bad but the wood is not cracked all the way through its mainly just the finish, and a big scuff that took off some paint on the edge of the upper V. I also used black sharpie to black out the Epiphone on the headstock and I misplaced the "anhillation" truss rod covers many moons ago, I think it looks better how it is now.

I'm asking 225$ shipped in the Con US.

I will get pics up of the body damage and the headstock tonight.

Exactly what was happening with the original setup. I am wondering if it got taken apart and the isolated jacks replaced? The one i made that I posted is mounted to what used to be the tremolo spring cover from a strat. made of plastic and should work. :idk:

If it's plastic it will work fine. In Nick's defence it looked metal to me too.

Here's how not to hack up a Steve Hackett signature Supa Tonebender RI and below is my tidy up job. They hadn't even disconnected the input jack from the board to make it true bypass...

What's shaking everyone? I've been lurking, hilariousbshit with Ax's hieroglyphics there, but that cab is going to be Cleopatra's tits. Sweet...and imperial.
Nice to see amongst all the tragedy there has been triumph as well. Condolences to those doing it tough, congratulations to those kicking some arse.
I'm gonna update my Russian death box thread with some pics later. Got the board out and mapped all the crazy shit wires coming off it last night. Gonna straighten up the pt (got bent up some how, now the mounts don't line up on the chassis) drill for the new tube sockets (annoyingly slightly different size), put the new control pots in and recap.
Need help replcacing the big ass old caps on the chassis though. They're earthed, but the new caps I have are only + &- solderable.

Hey ry...how far away are you from picking up that OTHER thing?
