Endangered Audio do a delay that has an infinity mode that has elements of the freeze - but it's more subtle. I've never been a huge user of delay and never get traditional sounding repeats to fit my playing on the beat. But I got an EAD for my birthday a while ago and use it on infinity mode all of the time. It sort of adds an extra dimension of harmonics around the notes you play -

Damn. I REALLY need to fuck around more with this software. I keep seeing shit like the Superego and that EAR delay and come close to just throwing the new laptop up on ebay and saying "fuck it" and going back to pedals. But I really haven't even tried enough on the laptop to do that. Guitar Rig 5's interface was SO user friendly it spoiled me. Ableton is more "I need to practice to really get it down".....and I never do.....
