I just had a conversation with a good friend of mine about how most everyone we know works a shitty job just to get money and not be happy and all that cliche bullshit, but fuck. I don't want my life to be a cycle of.... I don't even know what to say. I just feel like life is inescapably shitty & doesn't matter right now. Which isn't how I will feel all the time, I hope, probably not. Fuck me. Trying to be level headed with my own emotions. going nowhere.

I feel like deleting this post because it's pointless but I'm going to fight that urge because I haven't done so in the past. Maybe something new will happen.

Hey, take solace in that yr intelligent enough for this to be a concern, it means you're already way ahead of the curve.
You're a good dood, kbi. Life's shit and then it's good again; it'll work out. Maybe at the next ILFNEM we'll play a droney noisey soundscapey thing and then stare at the sky for a while.

We can be there in matching Lucha beanies.

If it's cold. Those things are impossible to wear at any temperature above 20*F.

Also, I've become a once-a-week smoker. Again. Yucky.

Been seeing my podiatrist once a week for almost three months
After removing 3 ingrown toenails and finally getting a handle on all the hyper granulated tissue the one edge of my big toenails that caused no problems through the whole process has flared up almost overnight and is now worse than the others ever were
So I have to get it fixed tomorrow with a local anesthetic
And I have to have time off school which is hard at this point in time as assessments are coming up

Urgh
Toe problems

Dude have you seen a wombat? They're kinda big and can run fairly fast. Take a wombat whoooping stick when you head to Aus as well, just to be on the safe side.

Lol dudes, a stick is going to just a piss a wombat off, and they're more than a handful when they're angry. Sort of like the Hulk.

Do any of you guys train MMA? You might do okay against a wombat, but that's only if he's on his own. They usually travel in a mating pack.

Each morning is a fast run from my front door to my car, and I don't always make it uninjured.

But seriously this is a beautiful country, you sort of grow up in a constant battle against the irascible wildlife, so it's no big deal after a while.

I feel that... I got a message from a chick I haven't seen in years, that I had a massive crush on. What does she tell me? That she used to have a massive crush on me. Where does she live? Other side of the country. Has she replied to my reply? OF COURSE NOT.

sounds like my elementary school.

really, though, i'm joking about the wildlife...i've always wanted to visit Australia both for the natural features and for the people. Americans tend to like other folks who used to be colonials, the black-sheep cousins of empire.
