Picked up Delirium Tremens, La Fin Du Monde, and Allagash Tripel. Never had any of em; in fact I've only ever had one tripel, so I'm pretty stoked.

I am very sad that I cannot get more o this.

It was amazing. At first taste the bitter chocolate flavor overwhelmed the taste buds, then the sweetness smoothed it out, and then the chili hit. Truly an amazing flavor experiance.
I've tried several other choco chili styled brews since, none match it for the complexity. I wish they'd make more.
Tonight I paid $14 for one bottle of something that was supposed to be similar. not even close

The coco mole lips of faith did was fucking rad. My fave spicy chocolate. I think I may have a peste in the beer closet I was buying this series until they did that beet bock.

Beer, yes, I Love It!
Triple's are nice, with Belgium being our neighbouring country they got me started in beer land, you can definitely get pretty smashed and wasted from them, haha.
Till now my most favourite beers are the really hoppy IPA's with the Citra and Amarillo type hops (lots of tropical fruit flavours) and Imperial Stouts aged on Islay Whisky barrels, delicious.
Oh yeah, and I love me some Reds too, anything red really, Hovels, Red IPA, Irish Reds (the real ones).
Kostritzer is nice too, that's a German black beer (I love German beer).
The last one I found out about are Naerke Kulturbryggerie (I think that's the way you spell it, it's Swedish) and Birificio Del Ducato (Italian), amazing stuff!
Actually I found them at a Beerfestival here in The Netherlands organized by Brouwerij De Molen, if you're passionate about beer and ever have the chance to go there than don't miss it, it's great.
De Molen and Emelisse are my favourite Dutch brewers, amazing beer, I was never fond of the Dutch piss they sell for beer, untill I found these guys, that's some proper beer right there.

It says this guy won the world beer award for best European Style Dark in 2004, 2008 and 2012. I can't really tell why it's the best, but it is quite nice, very smooth even though I like dark beers to be slightly more velvety than this one. I could actually see myself drinking this in summer which is off-season for dark beers in my world.
It also says that the brewery is the oldest still working abbey brewery in the world. They started almost 1000 years ago.
