Been smoking too many cigars recently. I've been stressed, and it was to unwind at first on occasion, but it's turning into a habit and i need to stop before they turn into full on cigs. I'm already smoking those filtered black and milds, and that's way too close for comfort. I already quit cigs once. I don't know why I started tempting myself like this

Also, I've had a handful of smokes in the last two weeks. Like, once a week. I don't like it.
