Recorded some bass-only Savage Cross tonight with this board. I am REALLY digging how fluid it is. Nothing fancy:

Yeah. Couldn't stand the fact that I had to hold down the entire foot pedal so I put a momentary switch on it to increase my accuracy with it!

I actually got rid of a dl8 because of that stupid switch

huh. was that an easy mod? i like the looper on the DL8 a lot, but couldn't get with the HOLD HOLD HOLD OK LET GO NOW style of looping.

Super easy mod. You've just got to connect to wires to either side of the existing switch, drill a hole for the momentary switch, empty out the battery compartment, and wire the momentary to the wires. Viola! Makes it x1000 times easier to loop with it. I agree it took some getting used to. But unlike my DD7, I use it for specific phrase looping, whereas I might use my DD7 for more textural looping!

Lack of actual pedalboard means I describe to you in words my signal chain (of which I am currently overjoyed with):

Stone Deaf PDF-1 >Ben Adrian Audio Kowloon Walled Bunny >Basic Audio (Sam Ash) Fuzz-Stainer >Fairfield Circuitry Unpleasant Surprise >unnamed flanger >Malekko Ekko 616

hiorgos wrote:My first pic here. The board, as you guess, has had infinite changes through the years, but there are some pedals that keep staying on it. Astro tone, DL8, Vibe are favorites. And the Small Stone is almost always ON these days!.

I got the MM last week and the RRR arrived yesterday, and I just cannot stop playing these..

I need one more fuzz though.

Anyway, the board weights a ton now, so it will split in two soon, to have a handy compact one for easy grab and go.

Ahh this rules! Looks like you're going for a pretty serious wash with the Memory Man.

How do you like the D&S? Any gripes about it? I want to build one
