Played a show with Stone Titan, those dudes are pretty sweet. Bought their shirt and it ruled because it said "Drink beer, fold space".

Pic from the aforementioned show TJ referred to.
Sourvein. Casey from Order of the Owl was playing guitar for them, (also I think drummer from Demonaut) Casey has a pedal board with a bevy of BAT pedals (QM, Pharaoh, a BAT amp custom ABY, Order of the Owl Custom pedals among many others) through a TV100 and a OR100 (one of those new ones). I got to chat with Casey, kool guy, gear chat commensith.
Curse The Son: Dual Dunwichs, enough said. Bassist uses a nice Acoustic Rig with the smaller 406 I think cab, folded 2x15 or what not
Sea of Bones: Tom built 2 new pedal boards for himself, nice to see a QM on that board. He was running a TV200 and a Sovtek Mig 100 I fixed up for him.

as far as I know, no. He looked pretty fucked up on stage tho.
Fay was there for a little bit into Tom's set but bailed with a friend to see a movie. I was so distracted by the numerous friends and bands that wanted to chat it was bugging her.
I thought Ron was the best sounding all night but hey im pretty damn biased in that regards.

That would be a pretty shite sales pitch otherwise.
"Yeah, the dude using the amps I made sounded awful..."

Well its possible someone could use a shit sounding pedal on those amps but Ron also uses the pedal I built for him.
Its also possible someone else could just have a better sounding rig. I am scientist ya know, considering the possibilities.

hahaha That's par for the course for him.
Understandable, I've learned to never drag Andrea to a show if at all possible for similar reasons.
A lil shameless self promotion isn't a bad thing.

You just make the gear, you can't force someone to use good settings. All you do is provide the means for good tone its up to them to provide it.

Tom might have been the loudest, something he usually claims the title of but Ron was close if not equal.

Loud does not always equal good tone.

Im just providing the facts, nothing more, nothing less.
Ron's rig is matched and tuned so its basically like doubled up amps where as Tom's is slightly mismatched. All V30s in Mesa cabs for Ron where as Tom has mixed cabs (2x15s and 4x12s).
Ron 1 fuzz pedal, Tom maybe 4-5 different dirt pedals in various combinations (Route 66 OD, QM, BB to name 3)

Matching 4x12's and 2x15's is not an easy task, thats why I left that message over at the WGS forum to see if they would make a higher power version of their g15c speaker like they did their ET65's (they now offer a 90w version). It's hard to find 2 15's that add up to the same watts as most 4x12s with a near identical sensitivity.
