There's this thing called a 'pedalboard' that is supposed to help organize all of your noizboxes into one contained unit-thingy...I hear that they're quite popular.

*sigh* My work is never appreciated.

Hahaha. Excane just needs a pedal stage. Let everyone else be on their own lesser stage.

Easily the coolest looking blue pedal ever.
Pretty sure that MetalMariachi has one.
I wants it, but he won't give it up.
So the waiting begins.
Outside his house.

Lowered it, and now everything sounds great.
I just noticed last night that it feels as if my string height has risen on my E string. I don't know if it can raise over time or it just jumped out at me for some reason. Maybe I have a poltergeist.

Depending on the weather and when I restring my basses, the string height will fluctuate a little bit. I'm pretty comfortable with high action, as I'm a little ham fisted when it comes to playing bass, so it doesn't usually bother me. Although, poltergeists are also a reasonable theory.

Honestly every time the Ezekiel came up in threads I totally dismissed it. I just saw the DAM name and the controls and said, "meh so it's an insanely overpriced tonebender clone with a clean blend (which is all it takes for some builders to call something "made for bass") and some clipping options with the rotary switch.

When it first made the net rounds I wanted one... but they seemed pretty hard to get...

and at the time I wasn't into spending a lot on pedals....In a way I kind'a wish I had just gone with my first instinct on a lot of things like filters and so on... would have saved me more money in the end...

Yeah, I just like stalking MM. The pedal's merely a handy excuse.

Could be actually. It's been cold and wet plus I grab my bass by the neck all the time.

Haha I'm pretty sure poltergeists like this time of year. Probably.

Thank christ, I finally sold my Octavius Squeezer. Now I just need to sell my Avatar 2x12, and then I can put together my new pedalboard.

perhaps the string stretched over time and as a result the hump that's pressed into the string by the bridge saddle moved?

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuck. How old are those strings? Hahaha. On a light playing season, I'll change mine every other month....once a month with heavy gigging. But yeah, before I had the Status, the Louisiana humidity would be hell on my basses. A graphite neck is a must for me, now.
