I'm going to see my friends death metal band play tonight after work. He told they're going to be playing in drag for no good reason at all. Awesome.

i'm not much on death metal, but i would totally go see a death metal band playing in drag just for the cultural dissonance.

F'real. Metal culture irritates me more and more each day. It's just so superficial and shallow. I was at a Halloween party in Madison(weren't we just talking about this) and some death metal band was playing and some short dude was running around holding a cross upside down and sticking out his tongue all Gene Simmons style(nothing against Gene Simmons). It was a supreme :picard: moment(upside-down cross is actually a symbol for the pope and means extreme reverence for Jesus Christ).

I finally finished my bartender license shit! Unfortunately my printer is out of color ink so half of it is blank and something glitched out so the text with my name and info is sideways and in groups of no more than 5 characters. Once again: :picard:

*Sigh* I'm glad that I just don't give a shit about anything at the moment.

I think I'm actually starting to get the hang of alternate tunings, and I'm getting back into the feel of shoegazey, post-rock kind of stuff. I was stuck in a blues-rock rut for a while.

I was messing around in EBBGCE(open Eminor6?) for a while this morning and I came up with some really cool sounding riffs. Hooray!

EDIT: I also just broke down and bid on that OD I've mentioned in like six other threads within the last three hours.
