and word up if you're not into menu diving you'll hate this pedal. but if you have the patience, it is so rewarding.
That sounds amazing dude. Nice.

input is set to trigger between vintage digital and analog modes, causing it to stutter and glitch out as it decays. longer feedback while strumming, so you can build massive walls of sound and break them as soon as you mute your playing. I'm raging about the dr. sci heisenberg at the end xd
0:59 - 2:55; #2
effect level, time and feedback are tied to tap/ctl switch. so, it's momentary and resets the time whenever you engage.
2:55 - 3:30; #3
another momentary effect with like 7 assign functions.. toggles between delay, delay phase, 2 types of delays, envelope sensitivity and some other stuff that I'm not too sure affects the whole sound so much.. I re-engage every time I hit a new chord so it doesn't oscillate like fuck
3:30 - 4:15; #4
another input triggered delay similar to the first. shimmer mode with a high pass filter and reverse delay tied to input. it creates a trem type of effect that decays into shimmer as the computer tries to figure out what to play
4:15 - 5:33; #5, more of #3 I think
5:33 - 6:01; #6
shimmer delay with hpf tied to input
6:01 - 8:04; #7
ok this one consists of 2 patches. A is echoplex mode with an assign function set to wave pedal (lfo..) triggering low mid sweep and another lfo controlling tera echo resonance. B is a full wet reverse delay pretty much.. I start off with A, mix B in, turn off A for a bit and go back.. probably my favorite sounding modes so far, as simple as they are xD
Awesome. I love digital delays as much as analog and this pretty much nails why. :thumb:

QFT!

I'm still in the boat where I haven't gotten one yet. But in the idea of simplifying and compacting my pedal board, I still want to trade out my old DD-20 for this.

I also want this pretty badly. Took over my El Cap GAS real quick.

Fuck. Building a second board for a new band, and I was really set on a DMM for delay. But now this seems way cooler...

What is going on there? Is that loop you recorded or is the DD-500 triggering something.

ALSO: Can you get a good bit crushing sound with the DD-500? I heard someone get a bit crushed delay - which is cool - but I'd like to have a good bit crushing patch.

no loop. time and BPM are being controlled by separate LFOs which is causing that percussive snap. then the mod depth and resonance are also being controlled by separate LFOs which is causing those different scatters on each trigger.

the bit crush delay is pretty deep on this thing..envelope delay that releases bit crush and sample rate at different paces is fun

Is there anyway to easily recall your presets? I made an awesome one, saved it, now I can't find it because I forgot where I saved it. LOL!!! Damn it!!!!!!

Also, how do you do the bitcrusher????

I limited mine to 10 presets so I don't run into that problem

sfx mode = bitcrush
