Anyone admitting to liking the Smiths loses all their rolls for this thread, Pantera fans gain an attack bonus and DoS has summoned his powers of invincibility, which may preserve his dignity points, but causes him to suffer serious credibility damages.

Mudfuzz has cast GIF of anime approval, granting a win in this thread.

Mr. Hammond, after careful consideration, I have decided not to endorse your park.

I don't need validation. If I wanted validation for my liking The Smiths I would just go listen to The Smiths. Problem solved.

What kind of weird alternate earth is ILF part of, anyway? The Smiths are good. You guys are just... like... suffering a massive collective hallucination that they're not, or something. Aaaaaaaaah fuck it I'm just gonna be the odd one out on this site, it's cool.

Anyway, you got me one NME, it's a total rag. Just like Rolling Stone. Shit. Q and Mojo are actually really good magazines, though.

Case has impaled himself upon the spear of rock magazines, a dungeon beast of old, retired to die in the shadows of obscuria.
In summoning the beast he failed to cast the proper containment spell and thus received damage from the chaotic power he attempted to utilise.
In an effort to recoup he invokes the dark powers of Morrissey, however is unaware that the dark entity has poisoned him and weakened him further.
HP critical.
Suggest casting healing spell of Morbid Angel's Domination to realign alpha brainwave activity and restore health/mana.

As dungeon master, I must say, I am quite disappointed at the amount of suicides happening today.

Smiths fans are worse than Pantera fans because they are more likely to be literate.

Flock of Seagulls was a better band, except it, for you know I am right.

This is why they are better than Pantera fans.

Literary people are drawn to The Smiths because of the poetry and quality of their lyrics.

This is a ridiculous statement, and yet I will concede that "I Ran" is a very good song.

FOS was the kind of shit The Smiths were rebelling against.
