Carving a ham is REALLY DIFFICULT.
I made quite a mess.

I've been making oatmeal a lot recently And today I think I found one of my favorite combinations. Almond milk, peanut butter, orange blossom honey, a dash of salt, and some flax seeds for texture. Delicioso

God damn that sounds good.
My wife is vegan, so that makes me vegan. Last night I made some homemade Italian sausage style seitan and a cashew tomato cream sauce pasta with sun dried tomatoes and bell peppers. I'm sad that I ate it all.

You could always try muesli (sp?). From my understanding its basically uncooked oatmeal but made with lots more fruit (and fruit juice) than us Murrcans are used to.

Muesli is basically granola with some extra nut shit thrown in. And without the delicious baked goodness of granola.
I like maple syrup in my oatmeal. Throw in some blueberries if I'm feeling fancy. Nom.

I had this maple syrup from Montreal that came in a can. Not super sweet but it had this great smokey flavor. Love that shit in oatmeal, wish I still had some.

Fuck oatmeal, get some steel cut oats. Way better.
I am partial to salt, maple syrup, walnuts, and raisins. Maybe a little cinnamon.

Another tip for people. If you are not using coconut oil, you should be. Delicious and nutritious. This morning, made me some scrambled eggs with sauteed fresh spinach- both cooked in coconut oil. Topped with some fresh tomato slices. Twas good.

I usually start out eating super healthy food at the beginning of semester.
But as finals get closer, I get lazier/less healthy.
For lunch today, I had a quesadilla with hot sauce and a side of bacon.
For dinner tonight I will be having a special dish, called "Just Ham", prepared like so:
1.) Put a piece of ham on a plate and eat the ham.
