Holy shit dude! I got #35 we're like fuzzbrothers or something
If I get time I'll record a soundcloud demo thing later. Right now I'm preparing to run a test review session for a university level course on aliens

I got mine today too!
I love some of the settings and it sounds REALLY awesome after fuzz.
The volume isn't what I thought it would be though. With the gain down the volume just reaches unity at it's max setting.
Also, I couldn't find "useable" toanz CCW of noon on the filter knob. Everything sounded really dark and muffled.
Anyone else notice this or is it just me?

Yeah MEC I was expecting it to be...louder, too. I have mine at like 1 or 2 o'clock, and keep the gain at noon or below, but you have to be careful or you don't get the same intensity of effect (or lack of a better term) with the gain or volume set too low. Also, yeah, the CCW from noon settings on the filters are pretty fucking dark, kind of not great for guitar but I can see them being cool with bass or synths.
I spent awhile with mine tonight and really dig it, I wish the gain could be assigned to one side or the other, or each had their own gain or something. Misgivings aside, I still dig it a lot. I am looking forward to trying in a band context to see how well it punches through.

I'm surprised about the volume issues, every DBA pedal I've used has been the opposite, unity is usually with the volume almost at zero.

Kills me that they still do the pcb fab with the pot lugs and the foot switches soldiered at their weakest point. My first Fuzz War broke here so I filled in the holes with so fat soldier and it heals a lot better. You think they would try some wire or smaller holes. Haha

Mine (and univalve's and phantasmagorovich's) came in today too. I like it, a lot. Def lower output than everything DBA has ever created but there's usually a ridiculous amount involved, laughable almost so I have no issues. Only thing I'd like is dual gain controls as opposed to one but oh well.
On guitar, the Filter set above noon sounds amazing post-fuzz just as advertised. Gain range is wide and the sounds you get stacked are incredibly different than the input signal. Running it alone is cool too, the gain gets super splatty around noon and just nasty after that.
As mentioned, Filter settings below noon can get pretty dark/warm/muffled sounding, really noticeable when you're switching back and forth between the two extremes. However, I ran the Kill Kill before my Elements and Pharaoh and blasted them with the low Filter/frequency setting and OMFG man, it ruled!
EDIT: Here they are, need to cascade the Kill Kills.

Damn, this thread makes me really want one. Sounds like exactly what I want/need in a pedal for my band.
Anyone knows how it compares with the Sound Saw? Thinking of getting the Glass Hero Sound Saw clone instead of a Kill Kill Filter. The fact that the two filters are different in the Sound Saw really speaks to me. But as you all seem very happy with the Kill Kill, I might as wel investigate how to get one for a decent price in Europe!

Yep. I had that on my Echo Dream too and it went away magically after a few days. I chalked it up to being shipped in the cold that time, idk if that was the cause or not honestly. A few quick passes over bubbles with a blow dryer will resolve it too, usually...

I'm still enjoying mine.. I love going from a growl to a shrieking sequel with my BMP and War Fuzz before it.

Just started messing with mine. Octave up tone machine -> treble boost is nasty as shit for percussive noise.
