Is that one of the Elvis Costello Jazzmasters? It's pretty!

this one is pretty cool I think the other one is good too but it seems the likely choice. I think about a month after you put this on you'll fall even more in love with your guitar. Maybe It's just that I love the crushed ice cube look. Hope this helps.

My Jackson DK2M,my first real guitar. Its a bit cheesy, but thats what I like about it.It plays so good and smooth, and sounds great to.My next guitar won't be a super strat, the trem is such a pain in the ass.

or neither?

im leaning towards the first one right now

Hmm, with the wood texture on the guitar to consider it makes it difficult to decide for me. At least large textures like your examples.
Maybe it's easier to decide if you print them out and hold them up to the wood, hehe.
I know what I would have done though! A sand pickguard, preferably dark sand. Something about sand next to wood I really like. To hell with it not being comfortable to rub your hand on

Dang I wish I still had my '62 Jazzmaster, It'd fit in perfectly here. I hated the neck though and my girlfriend wanted a ring so Cowtown Guitars kindly took it off my hands. So here's my current fav...

You can get it in red, white, black, blue(I came very close to the blue) and also in red or white with a lace pattern or carbon fiber. The body is detachable and they offer it in an unpainted version, so that you can decorate it yourself. It's an RKS wave. All of their guitars are amazing. This is the least expensive model, but it plays better than anything else in it's price range.Image

Or How about hand decorated in Henna. Image

I think they look way cooler/sleeker with covered humbuckers. nothing I'd buy but they are pretty sweet looking.

Thank you.
It's really surf green, which some how my pc turns robin egg blue.

Now to get a strap made. maybe black with a surf green insert, or surf green with a maple blond insert and Metal Mariachi in black.

Keith

BTW: I used ReRanch paint for the headstock, which exactly matched the body.

this is my crazy ass self modded "grim" squier strat... its a gutted squier that plays better than a squier lol

sss

fender standard strat pickups in the neck and mid, and a seymor duncan in the bridge

Here's my showmaster.. though the picture doesn't reflect on it, I had a hotrail installed in the bridge, and a coiltap volume knob installed so I can still get single coil tone, its pretty bad ass.

and to my enjoyment i recently figured out that you can add effects to a classical guitar, and considering I'm classically trained, it was natural that I did

I really like yellow....
