I like these too....
Nice....what is the diameter of the bass drum? 24? 26?????
That's Dave Turncrantz's vintage Gretsch kit before it was destroyed in a van crash.![]()
Pretty sure the bass drum is a 26" single ply, sounds HUGE live and on record all while looking fantastic!
Too bad about those drums. Fucking vans.
They're being restored according to a bunch of rumors circling around.

So, I'm looking to get a snare stand for my top tom (12"). What are you guys using for this?

Hey! Let's talk about serious thing. We're gonna talk about guitar, dude.

Re: Let's see your DRUMS!
I've been using Pearl S1000 Snare stands for both my snare and my 13" x 9" tom. Really stable and adjustable, though for some it might be overkill. I like it a lot.
Looks like they've gone up in price, too. I paid $94 bucks shipped for one the more expensive time. The other time it was in the $85 dollar range.

You can see them in action here.

I got the adjustable pearl s-2000 or st-2000 but they're like sub $200

Cymbalholic

Drummerworld
I haven't done any buying and selling through any sites except this one and the gearpage so I am not sure about the sale listings on those other sites.
