So, I've been trying to look online... but... Why, all of a sudden, do the CIJ Fenders now say "Made In Japan" on them? I thought it was Crafted?
My thought was maybe they use Made In Japan for Exports? and Crafted for Fender Japan?

MIJ and CIJ are the same thing as far as I know. I don't know exactly what year (late 90s?) it changed, but before that period they were "Made in Japan" and now they're "Crafted in Japan". There was probably some kinda overlap for a while as well.
Hmm...maybe they're changing it back or somethin'?

2006 Mustang I just got in the mail is Made in, not Crafted.

You know, it's not as offensively yellow as it was in that tiny pic. But you still need a racing stripe or something.

Yea, it actually lookes better than the photo in person, if it's not direct sunlight it has more orange/reds.
